X-Country

Hello, my completely Knackered friends! well dome everyone on completing the Cross Country Run today, and this post is dedicated to the winners - Greg M-C (He has a really strangely spelt surname) and Katie Best. well done to you two. I, personally came 50th out of 60 and consider that to be a pretty good result, considering the only other time I've done it I came stone-cold last.
I'm going to talk about COURSEWORK! the damned devil. I spent ALL of saturday doing my ICT, and I still didn't finish. the stuff takes forever, and it's still the best way of doing it. in Geography and French, we have to do "Controlled Assessment" which means we aren't allowed to do any of it at home, and we have to type it all up at once, in full view of a teacher. the stuff is full of crap, but we have to do it... on a related note, our geography GCSE is apparently the easiest it has ever been, because the mark ranges are so low... I think A* is about 85%! in, say, Drama, A* is 97%! it's so stupid, and it therefore encourages stupidity! (Ok, Breathe... Breathe...) Ok, new subject that won't raise my blood pressure... Movies... Ok, I HATE anything that makes me jump. Plus I'm no fan of real Gory stuff... I have never liked really scary movies. I prefer Comedies. I just recently got MIB on DVD (Woah... Too many Acronyms) and it is one funny film... it pokes fun at all sorts of stuff, like conspiracy theorists and crummy alien movies. i also watched Blues Brothers the other day (I'm listening to the Soundtrack right now.) It's a movie about the Blues Brothers (A Blues Duet... Yes they are Brothers... but not in real life) and it holds the record for most cars destroyed in the filming of a movie (Well, it did until GI joe, but that doesn't count, because they blew most of theirs up. blues brothers just crashed them into each other. it also has the largest car chase ever, which ends with the entire chicago police force, the us army, and a TANK chasing after them, through a building. oh, and " They're on a Mission From God". Anyways, sorry that this post is late (Oh, and check my new facebook group if you want to comment or whatever) and Goodbye!
